Tickerpage generates websites for Solana tokens and embeds a trading button that routes swaps through Jupiter, a third-party swap aggregator. Tickerpage is a website tool. It is not an exchange, a broker, an investment adviser, or a custodian. Nothing on Tickerpage or on any generated site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Generated sites describe memecoins. Tickerpage does not endorse, vet, or vouch for any coin, including coins whose sites carry the Tickerpage badge.

Trades made through a site's trading button carry a 0.75% fee added through Jupiter's referral system. The fee is shown in percent and dollars before your wallet asks you to sign. It is the only fee Tickerpage adds. Network fees, slippage and the token's own transfer mechanics are outside Tickerpage's control.

You keep custody of your funds at all times: every transaction is signed in your own wallet, and Tickerpage never holds your keys or your money. You are responsible for the trades you approve, the wallets you use, the safekeeping of your keys, and any taxes that apply to you. Memecoins are extremely volatile and you can lose everything you put in.

Trading through Tickerpage sites isn't available in jurisdictions we block for sanctions or legal reasons, and you agree not to evade those blocks.

Site content is generated from public chain data and moderated automatically. Coin creators can claim and edit their site within the rules. Tickerpage may edit, suspend or remove any site at any time — for policy violations, impersonation, legal demands, or any other reason — without notice and without owing anyone anything.

A coin's verified creator can claim their site and receive a share of the fees earned by that site's trading button. This is a hosting revenue share for the use of the creator's project in a generated site, not an investment product, a security, or employment. Shares accrued before a site is claimed are held for 180 days; unclaimed shares are released to Tickerpage after that. Tickerpage can change the revenue-share percentages or terms with notice posted on this page.

Promoters ("callers") who refer creators may earn a share of Tickerpage's portion of fees from sites they referred, for a limited window after each site is created. Caller earnings follow the same weekly payout rules, can be changed with notice, and are forfeited for spam, fraud, self-dealing, or misleading promotion.

Paid site upgrades are one-time purchases in SOL. If an upgrade doesn't work as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Fees already earned by trading are not refundable.

Tickerpage is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, Tickerpage disclaims all warranties and is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, chain outages, third-party failures (including wallets, Jupiter, and data providers), or anything a generated site's coin does.
